Stylon Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased through the Stylon Service from our Partner Brands.
1. Our Standard Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, Stylon offers a 30-Day Return Window for all eligible products.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be initiated through the Stylon app or website.
- Log in to your Stylon account and navigate to your Order History.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Receive Shipping Label: Stylon will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Ship Item: Package the item securely and use the provided label to ship the item back to the Partner Brand (the return address will be on the label).
3. Refunds
Once the Partner Brand receives the returned item and confirms that it meets the eligibility criteria, Stylon will process your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the Partner Brand confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item (Section 2) and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Stylon Customer Service immediately at support@stylon.tech with photos of the defect. We will work with the Partner Brand to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is free if the item is defective or if the return is due to an error by the Partner Brand. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item or a Partner Brand error.
