Stylon Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stylon website or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Stylon's Role as Merchant of Record (Managed Marketplace)
Stylon operates as a managed marketplace. This means:
- Merchant of Record: Stylon is the official seller of record for all products purchased through the Service from our Partner Brands. We process your payment, issue your receipt, and are responsible for the transaction.
- Fulfillment: While Stylon is the Merchant of Record, all products are manufactured, stored, and shipped directly by our independent Partner Brands. Stylon is not responsible for the physical inventory.
- Customer Service: Stylon manages all customer service inquiries, including order tracking, returns, and refunds, acting as the sole point of contact for the customer.
3. Virtual Try-On (VTO) Technology
The Service includes an AI-powered Virtual Try-On feature.
- Third-Party AI: The VTO images are generated using a leading third-party image generation model provided by Google. Stylon does not own the underlying AI model technology.
- AI Generation: The VTO images are generated by the third-party AI model based on the product image and the user-provided image.
- Disclaimer: The VTO image is a simulation and is intended for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for high fidelity, the final physical product may vary in color, texture, and fit. The VTO image does not constitute a guarantee of the final product's appearance or fit.
4. User Obligations
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the VTO feature to generate images that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
- Stylon IP: All content, technology, and features on the Service, including the VTO software interface and design, are the property of Stylon and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Third-Party IP: The underlying AI model used for VTO is the intellectual property of Google.
- Product IP: Product images and descriptions are provided by our Partner Brands, who retain all intellectual property rights to their products.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stylon's liability for any product purchased through the Service is limited to the purchase price of the product. Stylon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or any products purchased.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
